  • A detailed management plan including a recommendation of the care, custody and control of the property as well as stewardship
  1. The East Boston Caps Master Plan will be brought before a future Town Meeting for approval.  If approved by Town meeting it shall become part of the Town Master plan.
  2. The committee shall consist of the following:

Representatives from;

  • Board of Selectmen
  • Conservation Commission

In the event that the committee does not have a proposed master plan prepared by February 1, 2006, then it shall work with the Board of Selectmen to explore the possibility of continuing camp uses, similar to those run in the past, for the 2006 season. These camp uses are to include access for low income youth.
5.
The committee shall be dissolved once Town Meeting has approved the Master Plan.
